  • Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves 
5) Property Manager’s Report (Michael and Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)
  • Compliance
    • Outstanding issues--tree topping
  • 2022 projects completed
    • Reserve study
    • Audit/review waived
    • Play structure inspection
    • Reader boards, park and play structure power washed
    • Irrigation repairs
    • Plant put into entry corner to discourage homeless encampment
  • Planned projects
    • Upcoming Reserves projects (bark replenishment and landscape refurbishment)
    • Park repairs--play structure maintenance and damage
    • Park drainage bids collected for future planning/budgeting
    • Power washing common areas and sidewalks
