Bifrost Gate Special Owners' Meeting
March 4, 2023 at noon via WebEx
1) Meeting called to order at 12:25 pm
2) Quorum met with 29 homeowners in attendance and 3 proxies returned
3) New Business
a. Address Board availability, income and expenditures, neighborhood maintenance, open board of directors positions
b. How to dissolve the HOA
4) Vote for dissolution: Noted that in accordance with CC&R Article 13.2 Abandonment of Subdivision Status, vote to dissolve failed given 100% of homeowners were not present or returned proxies to have a 100% agreement as required. Homeowners present did vote to include proxy voting and the final tally was 15 yes to dissolve, 14 no votes and 2 abstaining votes.
5) Community agreement for a follow up community meeting to be determined
6) Meeting Adjourned 2:15 pm
