                Review of community financials

                Review of outstanding homeowners dues/fines

                Review of outstanding community issues to include CC&R violations

                Main community park playground equipment and base materials

Review of new business:

Appointment and approval of two open Board of Directors positions by Chris Grier and Peter Westerdahl

Board position nomination and approval of vote 3-0 as follows:

                Secretary – Chris Grier

                Treasurer – Peter Westerdahl

                President – Tara DeWaele

                Community website navigation review

                Community letter to introduce board members and give status on community

                 What are translation services and would it be helpful for our community
