4) Reports of Officers: President, Vice President, and Treasurer

Felicity went over the landscaping walk through with Tim's from this morning and some important votes coming up to do some overdue landscape care not included in contract, she reviewed park drainage, Eydie to get bids from Top grade and Drain pro.

Review of MyHOA-online.com LLC Month-End Financials Packages/Invoice Billings- was reviewed in general session 4 in legal collections, 14 more with balances. $24K total A/R.

Status of Accounts - Operating/Reserves balances were shared in general session. Nothing noteworthy on budget YTD.

5) HOA Manager’s Report (Eydie, MyHOA-Online.com LLC)

covered in general session, change of landscapers and 2023 upcoming projects.

6) Old Business

Landscaping issues--new landscapers started in March again, walk through was this morning to set proper expectations.

Issue 17843 ACC retro request still denied, and Lionel explained why (for consistency of enforcement), but an option of adding aftermarket grids was discussed, owner has until April 30 to research and report back to board on willingness and feasibility of install.

7) New Business

Veronica said she was interested in being on the board, the board reviewed what needed to happen to be appointed.

Nomination and election for expired and expiring board terms no appointments were made, Criss initially stated that tonight would be her last meeting but decided at the end of the call she would stay on until her replacement could be appointed or elected as she didn't want to leave the board with 2 directors and possibility of stalemate.
