1.1 NAME. The name of the Association shall be Marchini Meadows Homeowners Association ("Association").

1.2 MEMBERSHIP. The Association shall have, one (1) class of membership, as is more fully set forth in that Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions for The Flat of Marchini Meadow's at Lea Hill as amended from time to time ("Declaration"), the terms of which pertaining to membership are specifically incorporated by reference herein.

1.3 DEFINITIONS. The words used in these Bylaws shall have the same meaning as set forth in the Declaration, unless the context shall prohibit.
